Autumn in a Glass

Do you like apple pie? What if it was a boozy liquid? I made this for the first time in spring for some reason, but I like it a lot.

Tools/Glassware Needed

• A rocks glass
• A hand juicer
• A knife

Ingredients:

• 2 fl oz. of Calvados/Apple Brandy.
• 1 fl oz. of Amaretto - I use Disaronno.
• 1 Small Lemon
• Ginger Beer to top
• A nice big ice cube

Instructions

1. Add your big ice cube to your rocks glass

2. Slice your lemon in half and juice it into your rocks glass

3. Add your calvados and amaretto to your rocks glass

4. Add your ginger beer to your rocks glass till it's full

5. Stir till chilled

6. Garnish with an apple slice if you're feeling extra

7. Enjoy responsibly!
