Made this on a cold January night, which is the opposite of when I think you'd usually want this refreshing summery drink. Real sweet, and goes down smooth. Grape!

Tools/Glassware Needed

• A rocks glass
• A muddler
• A shaker
• A strainer

Ingredients:

• 6 green seedless grapes (and then 3 more for garnish)
• 1 fl oz. of your favourite herbaceous gin
• 1 fl oz. of Aperol (or other bitter orange aperitivo - the orginal recipe calls for Campari, but that's a bit too bitter for me)
• 0.25 fl oz. of Simple Syrup. (I used 0.5 fl oz, and it came out a bit too sweet imo)
• 0.5 fl oz. lemon juice
• Shaking ice cubes
• 1 nice big ice cube for the glass

Instructions

1. Muddle 6 green grapes in the bottom of your shaker

2. Add the assorted spirits and liquids to the shaker.

3. Add ice to your shaker.

4. Shake it up till cold.

5. Add a big square ice cube to your rocks glass

6. Strain and pour into your rocks glass.

7. Garnish with more grapes!

8. Enjoy responsibly!

Tweaks

You could probably mess with the ratios of simple syrup and lemon juice for your desired acid/sweetness levels. You could also try out different bitter orange aperitivos if you want it to be more balanced than me.
