Gyspy No. 1

I made this one night to sip while grinding away some Balatro games on the couch (Almost got C++ done!). Pretty boozy, but very well balanced. I just used Dominic Venegas' (the cocktail's creator) recipe, and it turned out to be a very nice sipper. A nice little Last Word homage too!

Ingredients:

• 1.5 fl oz. Dry Gin (I use Spirit of York since it's super local, but you can probably use most any dry gin.)
• 0.75 fl oz. St. Germain elderflower liqueur
• 0.25 fl oz. Green Chartreuse (yeah, sorry, this is kinda hard to find right now, but I have a few bottles I found in the middle of nowhere in Alberta)
• Half a Lime's juice, and a further slice of the lime for garnish

Tools/Glassware Needed

• A coupe glass
• A cocktail shaker
• A small strainer
• A hand juicer
• A knife

Prep

You should probably pre-chill a coupe glass for extra chillitude. And make sure you've got some ice to shake with.

Instructions

1. Add ice to a shaker

2. Juice your lime-half into the shaker, and save a slice for the garnish

3. Add the other ingredients to the shaker.

4. Close up the shaker and shake till frosty.

5. Strain into your coupe glass.

6. Express (smack, rub, etc) the lime wedge over the coupe and add it to the rim.
